Tell Us What’s Broken
Something not working the way a guide said it would? A question we haven’t covered? Or maybe a guide actually helped and you want to say so. The contact form on this page is the way to reach us, and whatever you write comes straight to the people who write the articles.
Writing Your Message
Add your name, a subject, and then just tell us what’s going on. Don’t worry about being formal. If it’s about a particular article, say which one. It saves us from asking.
How Long We Take
About three working days, usually. Weekends and holidays slow us down, and so do the weeks right after a big phone or software update, when everyone’s questions arrive at once.
What People Usually Ask
- A step in a guide doesn’t match what’s on their screen.
- They’d like an article on a particular problem.
- A page won’t open, or a link is dead.
- They want to know what we do with their information.
- They found a mistake.
Help Us Help You
The most useful messages tell us what you were trying to do, what actually happened, and what device you’re on. If there’s an error message, write down exactly what it says. “It doesn’t work” is hard to fix. “It says error 403 when I press save on my Android phone” is something we can look into.
What We Can’t Do
We’re a website that writes guides. We can’t repair devices, get into your accounts, recover deleted files, or give remote support. If something’s actually broken, you’ll need the maker’s support team or a local repair shop.
Keep Your Passwords to Yourself
Please don’t paste passwords, PINs, or codes into your message, even if it seems like it would make things easier. We don’t need them to answer your question.
Your Details
What you send is only used to reply to you. We don’t pass it on to anyone else. If you’re curious, the Privacy Policy page explains the rest.
Cheers
Thanks for taking the time to write. Honestly, we learn more from your messages than from anything else.
